We found Laura very professional when she agreed to meet our hectic chickens & get to know them before offering her pet sitting service. The best thing about the service was leaving us a card with a diary explaining what our chickens got up to on the day & how they were doing. We'd definitely use her again & wouldn't hesitate recommending her to others.

Laura was able to look after my rabbit at very short notice. She managed to fit in a pre-booking visit and we went through all the details. I was able to explain all about how my rabbit can be difficult to catch but Laura seemed unworried. She looked after 1 rabbit and 2 cats. We got back and they had obviously been well looked after and I would not hesitate to book Laura again as it means my pets can stay at home where they are happiest.

This was our first time of leaving our cats one of whom was recently diagnosed as diabetic and requires twice daily injections and from first meeting Laura she was very professional, friendly and quite clearly devoted to animals. We have two very scared cats. we usually put them in catterys but they have never enjoyed it. After a few days of Laura visiting, both were no longer scared and when we got back from holiday, both were very happy. Laura regularly looks after our cat when we're away. She usually visits twice a day to make sure he's fed and safe and to keep him in at night and let out in the morning. Our cat takes a while to get used to people but he's really coming around to Laura and all the fuss he gets from her. She has great communication, will bring parcels in, change litter trays, close curtains etc and keep everything safe, clean and tidy. We love using Laura to look after Romi and we'll keep doing so, we highly recommend Safe and Snug
